Awareness and self management of our Time, Energy and Attention will enhance efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.

Identify your Time Bandits – activities that are not the most effective use of your time – and then STOP IT.

Procrastination - divide your elephant tasks into manageable chunks and eat your frogs first thing.

The Pareto Principle – differentiate between the critical few and the trivial many, allocating your time, energy and attention according to the 80/20 rule.

3 key questions to ask yourself daily:
‘What are my highest value activities?
‘What can I and only I do that if done well will make a real difference?
‘What is the most valuable use of my time right now?
