L&D Week January 2016 - Raw Food Session


Raw Food Session, Barbara Faibish - 20th January 2016
 
Barbara says:
"Raw food is the most delicious, nutritious way of improving your health as well as losing weight. Eating Raw alleviates asthma, arthritis, allergies, eczema, celiac, stiff joints, hay fever and many other common complaints. Raw food is healing food. Its nutrients are not destroyed by cooking so it alkalises the body, allowing it to heal itself".  
 
Barbara Faibish has been studying extensively on the health benefits of raw food since 2008.  She loves good food and used this session to share her knowledge and demonstrate recipes to inspire others into trying a raw food diet.
